The Brownstone Package Policy is underwritten by an Admitted Carrier, Rated A (Excellent) XII – A.M. Best Insurance Rating Service, providing the financial stability and strength to protect your investment.

Your building is eligible for our program if it is a Brownstone, Row House, Condominium, Cooperative, Multi-Family Dwelling or Mixed Used Building (at least 70% residential); owner or non-owner occupied, that is built of Joisted Masonry construction or better.
